 Gilley’s offers an incredible variety of menus for buffets, receptions and seated dinners. From upscale food stations to Texas style barbecue to Tex-Mex, custom menus can be created to suit your needs and satisfy your taste buds.

Real china plates are provided along with stainless flatware and white, red or black linen napkins. Extra plates and silverware are also provided for your cakes.
